1. Contact with the student

The student registers via the uGO! website. We then make an appointment to discuss the student’s wishes and the requirements of the college or university. Using this information we draw up a profile and start looking for an internship.

2. Contact with the company

We may approach you if you have a job opening or if your company fits a student’s profile. We will present the student’s profile to you, and if you decide that he or she is a good match, we will arrange an initial introduction by phone or Skype.

3. We keep in touch!

From the start of mediation until the end of the internship, uGO! will keep in contact with you and the student. We will provide advice on all matters related to the internship and, if necessary, we will act as mediator in any conflicts that may arise.
