Lennard

For my thesis I really wanted to go abroad. Australia topped my list, because after my internship I also wanted to go backpacking.

I was really looking forward to going abroad, but I was actually also a bit reluctant. I started to e-mail businesses in Sydney to see if I could arrange an internship placement myself. This was not very successful, and often I did not even get an answer. Even after calling and writing a second e-mail, I couldn’t get a placement. I then decided to register with uGO! Internships to see if they could help me.

 
And it worked! Besides my internship in Sydney, they also helped me with my visa and housing. Everything was arranged quickly and also during my internship the team at uGO! was very helpful. The support they have given me was very comforting as knowing that someone is always there to help you gives you peace of mind.

I am also very happy that I've chosen for Sydney. Sydney is really a great and vibrant city. Chinatown is a nice part of town. Especially on the main square you can taste the oriental atmosphere. You can buy all the Oriental cuisine specialties here, its great! The nightlife in Sydney is also really quite great! You have pretty amazing clubs. I often went to Club Home on Cockle Bay Wharf. Apart from the clubs there are also many pubs, sports bars and restaurants.

I can recommend it to everyone; it's not just a great experience, but it also helps you with your own development and experience.
